Delivery Partner
All Pegasus Equestrian Company orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's leading courier services.

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa. Main urban centres generally receive orders within 1 to 3 working days. More remote or outlying areas may require the full 5 working days.

Please note that working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy.

Shipping Rates
Free delivery on all orders over R3,000.

A flat shipping rate of R150 applies to all orders under R3,000.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy website at thecourierguy.co.za.
